TOEFL or TOEIC?

Many business schools are now accepting the TOEIC as a substitute to the TOEFL since there is no waiting time to take the test and the scores are received much faster. Ask the business school and/or university you are applying to whether they, too, accept it.

TOEFL and TOEIC CEF Correlation

Logik Sprachtraining was chosen by ETS-Europe to be on a panel of 23 English language instructors, administrators and directors of language programs and language testing experts from various European countries. We participated in a 5-day standard-setting workshop to map the TOEFL and 2-day workshop for the TOEIC as part of the alignment to the CEF.

The purpose of this mapping study was to identify the minimum scores on the internet-based TOEFL iBT and TOEIC test corresponding to each level. Minimum scores were identified separately for the speaking, listening, writing and reading.
